Purpose

The Reports tab is used to enable the capture of custom field signatures (finger signing) on field reports. / Labels section used to control some project-specific settings related to reports.

Report Settings

The Report Settings grid allows you to control the following for various types of reports:

  • Project-specific file name that will be generated when that report is created
  • Placeholder variables can be used

  • Project-specific report description that will be generated when that report is created

Digital Signature
  • Project-specific digital signature configuration
Enable Field Signature On Field Report
  • Setting allows for a field signature (somebody "signs off") on a report generated in the Field module

Report Labels

This grid is used to define project-specific labels that can be assigned to the reports you create. Project-specific labels are often used to "tag" reports with specific areas of the overall project, various lot numbers the report pertains to, etc. These labels are made available to you in addition to the global labels when creating a report for the project they are defined on.
