Purpose
The Concrete / Grout / Mortar QC section allows you to review Concrete / Grout / Mortar samples and their specimens along with preparing reports.

Selecting Projects
You will need to search for a project from the project search panel. Recent projects you have worked with will display below for easy access. Select View Samples to open the project and see the associated samples.

- Select the sample you want to report
- Select the specimens you want to report for the selected sample
- Choose if you want to include the curing information (min/max temperatures, initial curing environment, final curing environment, moisture protection, etc.) on the report
- Supply the remaining report metadata (see table below)

Report Metadata
| Field | Description |

| Starting Report Number | - Only displays if report numbering is turned on for your organization and this is the first report created for this project
- Allows you to set the first number for this report type. If no value is added, system will start with 1.
- Enter a whole number from 1-999,999
|
| Report Note | - Enter a small note that will display in the upper-right corner of the report (i.e. "Revision", "Correction", etc.)
- Maximum number of characters is 25
|
| Alternate Title | - An alternate report title that can be defined a the time the report is created
- Will only display if the report has been configured by your MetaField Business Administrator to allow alternate titles
|
| Report Label | - Select an optional Report Label from the pick list
- Report Labels are controlled by your MetaField Business Administrator
|
| Description | - Will default to the Set and Sample number for specimen-based reports
- Can be modified if needed
- Becomes part of the saved or published (AgilePort) file name if configured by your MetaField Business Administrator

| Digital Signature | - Allows for a report to be digitally signed if licensed (AgileStamp) and configured by your MetaField Business Administrator

- Note individual compressive strengths for each break on the report are rounded numbers. The "Test Age Average" takes the unrounded individual compressive strengths when calculating the average (per ASTM C39 section 10.1.6).

When using this functionality, you are required to select like sample types (i.e. all marked records are cast cylinder records). You are NOT allowed to create a batch report with a mix of beams and cast cylinder records, for example. |
