When concrete testing data is entered into LabLIMS, users must select a Break Remark code for each specimen. The code and associated description will be displayed on concrete reports.

- If the same remark applies to multiple samples, the remark will need to be added multiple times

Code | - Define a two character code for each remark type
- This code will display in LabLIMS, in Quality Control and on the report
