LIMS - Remarks

Purpose

When concrete testing data is entered into LIMS, users must select a Break Remark code for each specimen. The code and associated description will be displayed on concrete reports.

Field	Description
Sample Type	A break remark can only be assigned to a single sample type If the same remark applies to multiple samples, the remark will need to be added multiple times
Code	Define a two character code for each remark type This code will display in LIMS, in Quality Control and on the report
Description	Enter the text associated with the remark

Example Remark Code and Description

Code	Description
D2	The 28 day test result meets or exceeds the 28 day specified strength

Tip

You can also generate a list of Active remark codes and descriptions by selecting Print Active Remarks.
