Purpose
This Evaluation Forms module allows for the development and administration of Evaluation Forms that support the Accreditation system. The functionality of the form designer generally mirrors the functionality of the Activity - Forms module. Please reference that section of Help for an overview of the configuration and settings related to these forms.
