Purpose

When concrete testing data is entered into LIMS, users must select a Break Remark code for each specimen.  The code and associated description will be displayed on concrete reports.

Sample Type
  • A break remark can only be assigned to a single sample type
  • If the same remark applies to multiple samples, the remark will need to be added multiple times
Code
  • Define a two character code for each remark type
  • This code will display in LIMS, in Quality Control and on the report
Description
  • Enter the text associated with the remark
