Purpose
The Reports / Labels section used to control some project-specific settings related to reports.
Report Settings
The Report Settings grid allows you to control the following for various types of reports:
- Report Description - A report description specific to a project can be defined using system placeholders
- Digital Signature - A digital signature configuration specific to a project can be defined
- Enable Field Signature On Field Report - Setting allows for a field signature (somebody "signs off") on a report generated in the Field module
Report Labels
Used to define project-specific labels that can be assigned to the reports you create. Project-specific labels are often used to "tag" reports with specific areas of the overall project, various lot numbers the report pertains to, etc. These labels are made available to you in addition to the global labels when creating a report for the project they are defined on.
