Purpose
The purpose of this section is to store both global and test-specific test notes. These are notes that default into the Test Notes field of a test that provide lab technicians information / reminders when executing a specific test.

| Global Test Notes | - Internal Test Notes that default for ALL tests on a given project
- Can be modified on individual test records

| Project Specific Tests & Notes | - Project-specific list of LIMS tests planned to be used on a given project (limits test selection lists to just these defined tests)
- Default internal Test Notes that default for a specific test on a given project (default can be edited)

| Project Specific Specifications | - Project-specific list of material specifications planned to be used on a given project (limits material specification lists to just these defined material specifications)
