About Utilities

Off the main MetaField home page, you can access Utilities.  Currently, the only option under Utilities is Data Extracts.  Only users who have been assigned the Utility role or permission will have access to this section.

About Data Extracts

Under Utilities you will see an option for Data Extracts.  This subsection of Utilities will allow you to view data and create .csv files of Activity, Concrete / Grout / Mortar, Density Testing, Inspections & Observations, Nuclear Gauges, Activity Log system data. 

Creating a Data Extract

Once you have searched for your desired records, you can generate a .csv file by selecting any of the extract buttons.

Screen Display vs. .csv File Display

When you extract records, you will notice that the .csv file has additional columns returned than what is displayed on the MetaField screen.

Extract Selected Records

  • All records marked with a check will be extracted into a .csv file
  • Useful when extracting a small number of records from the same page



Extract All Records

  • All records matching the search criteria will be extracted
  • Useful when extracting a large number of records across several pages
