Purpose

MetaField Project Information lets you store project information on a mobile device for quick access, even when the device is offline.  The Project Information page can be bookmarked for offline use, making it particularly useful when field technicians are working in remote locations with limited wireless data connectivity.

  • The most common examples are client contact information & project accounting information.
  • Project Information can be saved for up to 15 projects
  • Information shown is read only
  • Project Information is populated from your company’s source accounting, CRM and / or project management systems

You are unable to initiate any field tests or activities from with the Project Information module. It is simply a read-only view of core project data that may be useful to have access to in the field. To initiate a field test or activity in the field, you must do that from the respective Field module.
