Slump field measurement are now validated to a .25 interval like we validate that field in Project Specifications.
Spread field measurement are now validated to a .5 interval like we validate that field in Project Specifications.

Added a new pop up to be displayed if the changed values of Sample Type, Location, Mix Design and Specimen Size, there exists a new set of specifications.
Added Batch Edit buttons are added to the QC button bars. This button only appears if the grid has been filtered to a single form.
Users can select multiple records (of the same form) and click the Batch Edit button to display a grid for batch editing of the data.
