Making a Report Public

When a report is ready to be distributed using AgilePort, all you will need to do is choose the report and select the Change Public Status button from the MetaField Delivery screen. The system will take a few moments to refresh the screen, and once it is relaoded you will see a globe icon to the right of your report. This icon signifies that this report is now available to be viewed from AgilePort. If you click on this icon, you will see the date and time that the report was made public. You may choose one or more reports to make public simultaneously.

Hiding a Report that has been made Public

If you need to remove access to a report, simply select the report and choose the Change Public Status button. Since your report was previously made public, it will now be be removed from view on your AgilePort site. The globe icon will be removed since the report is no longer public.

Using Filters / Controls in Delivery

When AgilePort 3 is enabled on your MetaField site you will see a new filter option called Show If Public in AgilePort. This filter will allow you to view all reports, only those reports that have been made public already or only those reports that are not yet viewable from your AgilePort site. In addition to this filter, you will see an option to Highlight Public Reports. When this is turned on, reports that have previously been made public are shaded in blue.
