Purpose
You define your laboratory testing locations in Labs. This list will populate Field Check-in and Lab screens. At least one lab must be defined in MetaField.

| Name | - The name of the laboratory
- Required

| Address, City, State, Zip | - The address location of this laboratory
- Optional
|
| Include Lab Info On Lab Reports | - If Yes is selected, the name and complete address enter for the lab will display on specimen-based reports
- If No is selected, the name and complete address will not display on specimen-based reports
|
| Label Printer | - Indicates if the lab uses a label printer
- If Yes, then the user is asked if they want to print a label as part of the lab receiving process
