Purpose

This section of QC allows you to review Density Tests as well as build and finalize reports. When you first start using QC you will need to search for a project from the project search panel.  Recent projects you have worked with will display below for easy access. Select View Tests to open the project and see the associated Tests.

View Tests

Only projects with Density Tests will have a View Tests link.

Density Test Filters

To limit the test results displayed, you may set various filters in the filter pane and select Filter.  These filter settings will be retained until you select Clear or navigate away from the page.  To save a commonly used filter set, apply filters accordingly and select Save Filter.

Edit Density Test Results

To edit a Density Test, select the pencil icon next to the test.  This will open the test for editing.  Depending on your permissions you will be able to edit various fields.

Reviewing All Density Test Fields

Not all fields are available for viewing from the Test Review table. Opening the test for editing will allow you to review all test data.

Only users assigned to a security role with the Manage Density Field Test Data permission are allowed to make changes in the Test Data section. Only users assigned to a security role with the Manage Density Test Date permission are allowed to make changes to the Test Date field.

See your MetaField administrator regarding assignment of this permission should your business workflow require this.

Image Plotting

  • Certain Density tests may allow for image plotting on the uploaded proctor curves file.  Please note that only image file types may be plotted on.  PDF file types can not be manipulated.

Field Notes

If a technician has added Field Notes to a Test, an icon will display on the Test Review table.

To view the note, open the test for editing and scroll to the bottom.

Related Tests

Related Tests can be added / removed in the QC Edit / Review Screen.

If a test is related to another record, this relationship will be indicated on the QC grid.
