Purpose
Documents can be uploaded to MetaField that are valuable for field technicians to have access to in the field. Any PDF or image files uploaded on the Documents tab will be accessible by field technicians when using MetaField's Field module. Any file type can viewed from the Project Specifications - Documents grid.
Uploading Documents
- Click the Add Documents button above the documents grid
- Click the Upload button to select a file to upload
- Provide a brief description of the file
- Click Save
Download / View Documents
- Click the Download button (arrow pointing down) button in the document grid to download the file
- Click the Preview button (picture thumbnail) button in the document grid to preview the file (image and PDF files only)
