Click the Add Recipient button to add a contact to the project. Begin by typing in the email address of the individual you wish to add as a recipient. If a collaborator or existing AgilePort users exists for this project, you will see their email address to select. Simply select their email address in the resulting list to populate the rest of the recipient information (First Name, Last Name, Company, Role). If the recipient does not exist as a collaborator or existing AgilePort user, you can fill in the remaining recipient fields to create an ad-hoc recipient. If the contact should receive emailed reports and / or notifications on reports made public in AgilePort, set the Email Access / AgilePort Access fields accordingly.

Tip

The recipient list will be used in Scheduling for easy selection of a contact in the Requested By field.
