The Distribution tab is a central repository of project contacts that receive emailed reports . Reports can be associated with contacts so distribution lists are automatically populated when emailing reports.

Add Recipient

Click the Add Recipient button to add a contact to the project. Begin by typing in the email address of the individual you wish to add as a recipient. Use the Reports tree The system will automatically look at existing ___________________________. If the contact should receive emailed reports and / or notifications on reports made public in AgilePort, set the Email Access / AgilePort Access fields accordingly.
Associate Reports
Use the Reports tree at the bottom of the page pop up (shown above) to indicate which reports the contact should receive when emailed out of MetaField .
