Purpose
The Reports tab is used to enable the capture of custom field signatures (finger signing) on field reports. Distribution List tab is a central repository of project contacts that receive emailed reports. Reports can be associated with contacts so distribution lists are automatically populated when emailing reports.
Add Recipient
Click the Add Recipient button to add a contact to the project.
