Click the Add Recipient button to add a recipient contact to the distribution. Begin by typing in the email address of the individual you wish to add as a recipient. If this person is a collaborator on the project or is an existing AgilePort user, you will see their email address in a list to select from. Simply select their email address to populate the rest of the recipient information (First Name, Last Name, Company, Role). If the recipient does not exist, you can fill in the remaining recipient fields to create a new recipient. If the contact should receive emailed reports and / or view reports in AgilePort, set the Email Access / AgilePort Access fields accordingly.
