Quality Control

The Quality Control component of MetaField™ is specific to the project management part of the reporting process. 

In the Quality Control Soil Density area, the individual responsible for reviewing test results has the ability to view the results, edit some of the fields, and create reports containing the results of multiple tests. 

In the Inspections and Observations area, activities submitted from the field area can be reviewed and edited, pictures and documents can be attached to them, and reports can be created from the activities.

In the Field Reports area, draft reports created in the Field interface can be reviewed, countersigned, and finalized.  Emails sent from the Field interface containing reports can also be reviewed.

Reported On Details

For each section of QC, you can view what reports a particular record was included on.  An Reported On icon will appear on the various review tables.  Selecting this icon will open a window that lists all the reports on which you will find that record.
