Purpose

The Record Administration tab allows you to Delete and Move Density Tests, Concrete Samples, and Reports.

Begin by entering the Project Number that contains the desired record and click Search.

All results pertaining to the Project Number will display on the grid. Select the appropriate record and then click Delete or Move.

You may be notified that the action may alter other records.
- If you Move a record, you will be asked to Enter a new Project Number. Once entered, clicking OK will cause the selected record to move to the new project.

Renumbering Concrete Sets

Under the Concrete Samples tab, there is an option to renumber sets. When doing so, renumbering a concrete sample set will renumber all sets after the selected one. You will be given the option to enter the new set number for the selected set. This behavior of renumbering will also occur if you choose to Delete or Move Concrete Samples.

Example: Sets 1 and 2 were saved without supplying a starting set number (by mistake), but were supposed to be sets 37 and 38 instead. The Sample Management utility can be used to renumber set 1 to be set 37. Subsequently, set 2 will be renumbered to be set 38.

We HIGHLY recommend notifying the lab of any renumbering changes.
