Purpose
You define your laboratory testing locations in the Labs section. This list will populate Field Check-in and LIMS screens. At least one lab must be defined in MetaField.
| Field | Description |

| Name | - The name of the laboratory

| Code | - Internal code for the lab
|
| Address, City, State, Zip | - The physical address location of this laboratory
|
| Include Lab Info On Lab Reports | - If Yes is selected, the name and complete address enter for the lab will display on non-configurable concrete / grout / mortar lab reports
|
| Label Printer | - Indicates if the lab uses a label printer to print specimen labels
- If Yes, then the user is asked if they want to print a label as part of the specimen receiving process in the LIMS queues

| Concrete / Grout / Mortar Receive At Check In | - If Yes, then field technicians have the option to "receive" the specimen in the lab at the same time they are checking the specimen in

| Sample Tracking Receive At Check In | - If Yes, then field technicians have the option to "receive" the specimen in the lab at the same time they are checking the specimen in
