Administration

Equipment module under Administration updated typo, sorts equipment type alphabetically, and no default type

Enhances administrator’s ease of use in the Equipment module

Issue resolved that caused inactive users to return in “Active” searches / filters in the Users screen

“My Assignments” options is added after submitting a form in the Field Module

If the user has the Field Dispatch permission, then they now have an option to easily return to my assignments rather than navigating back to home and back to my assignments

Form Designer

Allow WBS form setting on Test forms allows for test forms to default the WBS values from the parent Sample form

Reduces data entry on WBS values when lab tests use the same WBS as the originating field work

Form Settings

Require WBS is now included in Form settings if the Allow WBS option is selected

Users will not be able to save or submit a form unless a minimum of one WBS field is entered

Reports - Digital Signature

Field Digital Signature is now aligned to the project time zone and not Central Standard time zone.

Assuming the user is always in the same time zone as what is defined in Project Specifications, then the field signature will be the correct time zone.

Scheduling and Forms

Updated option to add WBS levels to a Work Order in scheduling.

• Option to select WBS elements are optional when scheduling a work order and are not visible if there are no active WBS levels in Administration

• The WBS elements will be default for all work items selected, but with the option to override on a work item level if it has different WBS elements than the default work order

• This applies to all types of forms - DIY and discrete

• The WBS levels are only populated in the form if the technician opens the form through the My Assignments workflow

Less steps for the technician to have to add find and update the WBS fields on a form - less chance of human error and need for correction on the back end if there is one source of truth with the WBS elements being defined on the forefront when scheduling the work order

User can hover over work order on the calendar and now the scheduler and technician notes display with hard returns, as opposed to all in one continuous line with semicolon breaks

The “As Available” selection now comes with more granular options - All day (which is the default), Morning, Afternoon, Evening, and Overnight

Allows the scheduler to narrow in on a more granular time window for “As Available” work

Define exception WBS elements per Work Item(s)

When creating a new Work Order in Scheduling, there will be an option to edit the WBS per each selected Work Item on the Work Item table if there is an exception where work item(s) WBS are different than the default for the work order

Updated UI when Creating new work order:

• Reduce unnecessary empty space - ie. condense WBS fields to one row rather than multiple rows

• Option to Select WBS will not be visible if there are no active WBS elements defined in Admin

Updated UI also allows for the user to see more on the screen at once making a better user experience

This reduces space and creating a better user experience because they can see more on the page

Scheduler can now easily navigate to a specific date by choosing it from a calendar picker pop up by clicking on the “date” that appears between the forward and back arrow buttons
