Purpose
This section of Administration allows you define lookup table functionality that can be used on test forms.
- Dimensional Data Sources that are used in expressions can't be deleted
Adding Dimensional Data Sources
To add a Dimensional Data Source, click the Add Data Source in the top right corner of the data grid. After entering name, as many columns as needed can be added by clicking the Add New Column button.
| Name | Name for the this Data Source dimension |
| Type | Refers to the type of value the data source is looking for. |
| Order Number | Refers to the order in which the dimensions will be displayed. Ex: 1 will be the first displayed dimension |
- Special characters and spaces can't be used in the name field
- Numeric or Text values can be stored in the Data Sources - Dimensional table
Using Dimensional Data Sources
DIY forms would use the LOOKUP expression in the Expression Builder to look up one value and return associated / related values. More information on this expression syntax can be found on the following page:
