Purpose
Certain areas of Quality Control will show Field Cost relationships in the test / Â sample grids.
As of version 2.8, only the Density and Concrete / Grout / Mortar sections are able to automatically create field cost entries. Activity and Sample Tracking modules will be enhanced later.
Viewing Related Field Costs
If a field cost is related to a test, sample, etc., you will see a price tag icon in the data grid (first screen shot). Clicking that icon will display a pop up with the individual field costs related to that record (second screen shot).
Clicking the arrow icon will open the field cost transaction record in the Project Administration --> Field Costs module if the user has rights to that module.
