Scheduling | Schedulers will be notified via email immediately after a field technician declining or canceling a work order that is assigned to them. The notification message will be sent to the person who scheduled the Work Order in Scheduling. The system will look at the user’s Alert Email first and send to that email address before using the user’s Email address. This allows for Scheduling alerts to be sent to a group email address so multiple schedulers are notified -example: minneapolis_schedulers@company.com | No |
