LIMS - Test Groups

Purpose

Test Groups are used to define lab tests that are often performed together. Defining a group allows lab staff to assign multiple tests to a specimen in a batch format (versus one-by-one). A Test Group is associated with a Material and contains one or more Tests.

Adding A Test Group

Click the Add Test Group button above the Test Group grid
Provide a Name for your Test Group
Select the Material your Test Group is associated with
Select the Tests for the selected Material that should be part of your Test Group
