Field Tests

Purpose

The Field Tests section is used to record the results of various field tests the are performed in the field.

The values and defaults in any "standard" field / list are controlled by your MetaField Business Administrator.

Field	Description
Consistency Measure	The type of consistency measurement being performed Available measurement types vary by sample type Available Consistency Measures Slump Spread T/20 Flow Cone Cone Penetration
Standard	Select the appropriate standard that applies to the selected Consistency Measure
Slump Measurement Spread Measurement T/20 Measurement Flow Cone Cone Penetration	Stores the result of the respective consistency measurement(s)
Air Content Type Air Content Standard Air Content (%)	The type of air measurement taken - pressure versus volume The air content standard used The air content measurement Decimal precision will vary based on pressure versus volume. Pressure = Nearest .1 Volume = Nearest .25
Temp Standard Concrete / Grout / Mortar Temp	The temperature standard used The temperature of the material (sample type) measured
Unit Weight Standard Unit Weight (lb/ft3)	The plastic unit weight standard used The plastic unit weight measured
Flow Cone Standard Flow Cone 1 Flow Cone 2	The flow cone standard used Two flow cone measurements (seconds) Average flow cone calculation
Cone Penetration Standard Cone Penetration	The cone penetration standard used The cone penetration measured
