If technicians supply new Supplier, Plant or Mix Design Values in the field, they will appear in the Field module in red text, as shown in the example below. This is the visual indication to the user that the values supplied are new / missing values.
The "missing" values will not be available for selection until they are reviewed and activated by your Business Administrator. Field Technicians can continue to use the same "missing" value, but the value needs to be typed in by hand. It is important to type the value in exactly like you did on previous records as to not create additional "missing" values in the database. Values typed in that match previously typed in values will not create additional "missing" values in the database that need to be reviewed.
Any projects with "missing" values assigned to them will appear in the respective Dashboard queue. This give project managers insight into this information.
Business Administrators have tools available to them in the Administration module that allow them to find "missing" values that were supplied in the field. They use these tools to review these entries and activate them for use on future tests.
